trying to improve the quality of U.S. health care and services -- yet make it affordable at the same time.
hEalth administration maJor
The Health Administration Major prepares students for health management
careers by developing their organizational, analytical, managerial, and leadership
skills. Students pursue careers in the public, business, or nonprofit sectors
in areas such as environmental health, health administration, epidemiology,
or health policy and planning. All health administration majors are required
to complete an internship, where they apply their skills and gain real-world
experience.
