This cut-away socket tool is designed to al-
low for the easy removal and installation of
the complete strut assembly. It makes the
job easier by holding the strut shaft from
rotating while the nut is turned with an al-
len wrench.

This tool is designed to allow for the easy
removal and installation of the top shock
retaining nut used on Jetta and Golf w/4
cylinder engines. This process is part of the
dissasembly and reasembly of the strut unit,
not the removal and installation of the strut
to the car. It holds the strut shaft from ro-
tating while the nut is turned with an allen
wrench. Made from heat treated steel and
has a black fi nish.
