Every
Every new season, I probably (and you too) say the same thing:
Deja!-Already!itseemsthatSpringandSummerjuststartedandnow
FallandWinterareabouttobegin.
Ijustcan'tbelievethatallthistimehasalreadypassed.
I guess it is true that when you get older, you do live more on memo-
riesandonthesouvenirsyouhavegathered.Iguessweallgothatroute,
whether we want to or not. It is the path that has been chosen for us.
Onthisissue,weallagree:noneof us,withoutexception,regardlessof
race,color,ethnicityorreligiousbelief,isexemptweallshallage!
Gracefully?Tastefully?Whowillbethejudgeof that?
Economyandotherworrieshavetroubledallof thewatersaroundthe
world.WhenIsaid,alongtimeago,thatwetrulywerejustONEplanet,
I did not think that the economy one day would be related to a single
word-globalization.
Didyouknowthatinmanydictionaries,thisworddoesnotevenexist?
So,sinceweareexpertsintheworldof RealEstate,weknowthatthings
come and go; that the mortgage rates, as well as inventories and op-
portunities,willalwaysvary.Wejusthavetobeeitherverypatientorgo
withtheflow.
Onedayitisagoodmarkethere;thenextday,ithasshiftedsomewhere
else.
Wejustneedtobewherethebestdealisforourclientsandforus.
If yourclientwantsit,perhapsit isagooddeal.
If yourclientcanaffordit,itmightbeaverygooddeal.
We have traveled again, with our suitcases in hand or just with a cam-
era,andagainwewantedtoshowyousomenewthings.Thistime,we
have chosen to go far away and also very close to home because we
wantedtobringtheworldtoyouandwealsowantedtobringyoutothe
world.
Let'senjoytheseasons:thefirstfireinthefireplace;thefirstsnowinthe
mountains; the eternal sunshine in the far away countries. So in one
word, wherever you are, we will just say hello and we will try to help
youshareourexperience.
