When you place an image in your document it is important that is consists of only one element. If you have mulitple images on top of each other, with transparency layers, the final file will show errors when uploaded.
If you have a lot of transparency layers in your image file, you have to merge them into one.

Portable Document Format (PDF) documents capture and save a document exactly as it appears in its original program.
A PDF document is beneficial because it cannot be altered after it is created, unless otherwise allowed by the document?s original creator.

To convert for example a Word, Excel, Powerpoint document to PDF format requires a software which Adobe offers against payment.

When you have added the PDF printer, the documents can be converted to PDF.
Use the PDF printer by choosing "print? in the same way as you print a document.
Save in the PDF format ? find the PDF printer ? press print!
Accept and save the PDF file on your computer and then choose a name for the file.

En hyppig fejl er en blank bagside, og det er fordi, at der altid bør uploades et lige antal sider. Eksempelvis 8 sider, 12 sider, 48 sider og ikke 19 sider osv.

Der er ingen grund til at gemme billeder i en for høj opløsning, når de skal ses på en skærm, men opløsningen må heller ikke være for lav!
Derfor anbefaler vi min. 150 DPI, når du gemmer billeder, så du undgår dårlig opløsning, når der zoomes ind og ud.
Men prøv dig frem, det er gratis, og når du første gang har fundet den bedste løsning, er det nemt næste gang!

Gem sider enkeltvis, da din tryksag ellers forvrænges!
Det er normalt, at når en PDF skal printes, så samles siderne af hensyn til trykprocessen. Det er nemt at "skille" dem i et PDF redigeringsprogram, besøg eventuelt www.adobe.com.
Du kan også bede dit reklamebureau om at dele den oprindelige fil op og sende en ny PDF fil.
